THE CELL would like to fill the position of CUSTOMER SERVICE REP- responsible for ensuring an extraordinary customer experience with a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
This individual will be required to perform the following duties:
• Deliver and ensure a superior level of customer service- function as a customer experience advocate
• Welcome customers to our store, determine customer’s wants and needs through observation and interaction, build rapport with customers, upsell, thank customers & invite them to come again
• Follow directions, absorb & execute information quickly
• Work in a team environment to meet and exceed assigned goals
• Multi-task in a fast paced team environment
• Ensure the standard and image of the outlet is maintained
• Resolve customer complaints with optimal solutions
• Communicate marketing programs to customers
• Assist managers with inventory maintenance
• Manage cash drawer
• Prepare bank deposits, balance cash drawer & reconcile
• Stay up-to-date on the latest mobile technology and devices
Requirements:
• Secondary School Completion with CXC’s or GCE O’ minimum grade level 2 in English Language and Mathematics
• Telecommunications industry knowledge is an asset
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal skills and attention to detail
• Strong customer centric approach to retail
• Upbeat demeanor, with a sales-oriented personality
• Work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate what may be required
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
