Customer Service Officer (Optical Store)
A customer service officer position has now become available at St. Lucia's most long-established optical practices in Castries.
St. Lucia Eye Centre is a family focused optical practice offering patient care and customer service excellence. Whilst some experience in an optical practice is greatly preferred it is not mandatory. We would entertain candidates from other retail backgrounds.
We are looking for confident, bubbly and professional individuals who take great pride in delivering outstanding customer service.




Primary Duties include:
Greeting and assisting customers in a positive, professional and friendly manner.
Organising and maintaining the customer database and records.
Assisting with the patient diary and ensuring patient appointments run to schedule and calling patients to book appointments and/or make appointment reminder calls.
Assisting patients to make informed decisions as to their eye care requirements.
Taking customer payments and generating open bills.
Assisting the Branch Manager in merchandising the store to uphold an excellent company image of value, style and choice.
Preparing reports as and when required by the Branch Manager/ Operations Manager/CEO
Keeping work stations tidy, neat and organized.




Qualifications/Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years retail experience in a customer service environment.
High school mathematics level 1/2 would be advantageous.
Ability to think fast, make informed decision and an aptitude for learning are a key element for this role.
Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
