Capstone Offshore Management Services Limited - a St. Lucian company is; is seeking to employ a Marketing Manager to provide services to international clients targeting international markets.
The successful candidate should:-
- Possess excellent knowledge and experience of traditional and new marking channels in multiple regions around the world
- Be able to operate at a Strategic and Operational level, developing strategic plans and executing on them
- have experience with profit and loss responsibilities for the performance of a business
- Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Have 5+ years of experience in international marketing relating to affiliate and database marketing, management of mobile platforms, online promotions, Customer Relationship Management including international marketing of online products and services
- Be fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Demonstrate aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Be reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Possess outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail
