BodyHoliday is seeking a dynamic, vibrant personality to fill the position of Bodyholiday Specialist
Responsibilities
- Assist guests personalize their BodyHoliday experience so they can achieve their vacation goals
- Be the on-site point person to guests who have personalized their stay prior to arrival
- Promote and actively sell all aspects of the resort offerings from spa and activities to the food & beverage
- Deliver the resort orientation tour to help new guests understand what’s on offer at the resort and how they can get most out of their vacation
- Assist with marketing by writing a monthly blog
- Promoting the holistic well-being of guests & staff
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 4-5-star hotel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge on various recreational and wellness activities
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints
- Excellent guest service skills and ability to wok different shifts, public holidays and weekends based on business requirements
- Excellent command of English language both written and verbal
- Excellent computer skills
- Proven track record of generating sales to achieve set revenue goals - Maintain standard of personal appearance and grooming
