OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are looking for a highly effective & dynamic Operations Manager to join our team. The
focus of this role is to manage the daily operations of the Blue Sky Luxury (Holiday Home Rental & Property Management) and Terra Caribbean (Real Estate Brokerage & Valuations) businesses.

SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

Provide strategic leadership, guidance, and motivation to drive maximum performance
Management of team members
Identify and engage in networking and business development/growth strategies
Review, develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Primary liaison with stakeholders and service providers
Development and management of corporate budgets
Analysis of financial statements to drive strategic management decision making
Represent the firm with clients, investors, and business partners
Oversee management of software systems and related IT requirements
Conduct site inspections of properties

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THE FOLLOWING:

Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
Superb organizational and leadership skills
Experience in developing strategic business plans
Detail and results oriented
Relevant experience in hospitality (the primary focus) and/or real estate industry would
be an asset
A university degree or related educational qualification with at least (5) years experience
in a similar role
