The incumbent will be responsible for preparing, monitoring and updating Supply Plans (Inventory, Demand Resource Plans (DRP), Production, Supply and Procurement Plans) in order to optimize supply chain resources to guarantee availability of finished products in line with agreed service and inventory levels.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠
Generates optimal supply plans (Inventory, Productions and Supply), in line with business plans, budget, demand plan and main bottle necks in cooperation with relevant stakeholders
Creates an optimal inventory and production plan to achieve required customer service levels, taking into account production constraints and available resources



Coordinates and monitors the supply planning processes, while considering the interdependencies with demand planning, brewing, scheduling, material planning and NPI activities
Leads the Supply Review preparation and contributes to the Supply Review meeting by delivering timely and accurate information
Prepares and contributes to Weekly Demand & Supply Review meeting
Identifies gaps between actual and required performance and discusses and updates planning parameters accordingly (OPI, stock levels, lot size)
Manages import and export planning for finished products
𝐒𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬
Generates and discusses alternative scenarios on the supply plan for the S&OP process, with clearly listed assumptions and risk assessment on volume and costs
Provides clear and accurate information on supply planning performance
Communicates the various plans and their impact to relevant stakeholders
𝐓𝐏𝐌 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
Initiates, implements and embeds improvements to production and supply planning processes and procedures and supports TPM initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Forecasting, Demand Planning or other comparable/ related field
2-3 years’ relevant experience preferably in one or more of the following:
- Supply Chain Planning
- Scheduling
- Logistics/ Procurement
Project Management (Preferably in Supply Chain related activities/ projects)
High Computer literacy
SKILLS
Strong analytical skills
Ability to creatively solve problems
Good Team Player- Ability to work in autonomy and cross functionally when needed
