1st National Bank - Information Technology Manager
Core Responsibilities
- Be a strategic partner to the organization, managing all information technology, electronic data operations and computer systems of 1st National Bank
- Manage and coach IT staff of 1st National Bank
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Ensure alignment of user needs and system functionality for organizational efficiency
- Plan and manage the IT annual budget ensuring cost effectiveness and return on investment
- Manage and co-ordinate the activities to the 1st National Bank Premises Team
- Create and maintain documentation, such as network diagrams, disaster recovery plans, IT policy manual which support the IT functions
- Develop and maintain database programmes to automate manual processes and improve/enhance existing processes
- Regular review of IT policies and procedures
Requirements
- B.Sc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field
- Minimum 5 - 7 years’ experience in managing IT department and operational knowledge of WAN/LAN technology including Windows sever 2003 & 2008, Active Directory, MS Exchange, MPLS/Network, Telecom, VoIP, Internet etc.
- Experience in Project Management
- Network management practices and technology
