Vacancy - Delivery/Customer Service Agent & Florist

Delivery/Customer Service Agent

The Delivery agent will be responsible for the accurate co-ordination of sales and deliveries to customers, in an effective and efficient manner. The Delivery/Customer Service Agent should be proactive, planning their routes for the system generated delivery time blocks, updating all deliveries in real-time and reporting back to the operations department for further system update.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all outstanding orders for the previous day are addressed
  • Ensure enclosed cards and delivery tickets accompany all orders
  • Maintain an organized paper trail of all deliveries made
  • Update Visual Ticket in real time to full capacity
  • Ensure a proper receipt is issued to customers upon delivery
  • Oversee proper receiving and delivery documentation
  • Ensure delivery van is always fueled up, clean, and well maintained
  • Maintain a log for servicing vehicle
Qualification & Requirements
  • Five (5) CXC passes including English
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Great time management skill
  • Ability to work independently

Florist

You will be responsible for the creation and assembly of products according to design and specification. The function deals with the management of all aspects of the production department. The timely completion of orders, to specification, plays an important role in the level of quality the department contributes overall in the organization.
Qualification & Requirements
  • Three (3) CXC passes including English
  • Creative
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Written and verbal communication
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience is a plus but NOT NECESSARY
