KM2 Solutions is looking for a Recruiting Manager
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 – years - experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Coordinator, or Recruitment Consultant, or Minimum of ten (10) years recruitment experience with a proven record of progression – Call Centre recruitment experience preferred.
- HR Management, business or Psychology knowledge at a Degree level is desirable
- General knowledge of various employment law and practices.
- Strong leadership and Management skills
- Process and Systems driven
- Possesses Innovative Leadership skills
- Ability to collect and interpret data-based measurements to demonstrate the effectiveness or failure of the recruitment system from position opening to onboarding
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization.
- Manage and develop a team of recruiters
- Develop, manage and implement effective recruitment policies, processes and programs
- Ensure recruiters and hiring managers have a clear mutual understanding of staffing policies, practices, processes and priorities
- Collaborate and liaise with other internal departments on a variety of operational and strategic initiatives including; new hire processing of documentation, Compensation and Job description and others as needed
- Develop strategies and programs to attract talent and increase presence and knowledge of KM2 Solutions as the preferred employer
- Identify recruitment measures and build relationship with external recruitment vendors.
- Explore the market/industry best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
