KM2 Solutions is looking for a Recruiting Manager
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 2 – years - experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Coordinator, or Recruitment Consultant, or Minimum of ten (10) years recruitment experience with a proven record of progression – Call Centre recruitment experience preferred.
  • HR Management, business or Psychology knowledge at a Degree level is desirable
  • General knowledge of various employment law and practices.
  • Strong leadership and Management skills
  • Process and Systems driven
  • Possesses Innovative Leadership skills
  • Ability to collect and interpret data-based measurements to demonstrate the effectiveness or failure of the recruitment system from position opening to onboarding


Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization.
  • Manage and develop a team of recruiters
  • Develop, manage and implement effective recruitment policies, processes and programs
  • Ensure recruiters and hiring managers have a clear mutual understanding of staffing policies, practices, processes and priorities
  • Collaborate and liaise with other internal departments on a variety of operational and strategic initiatives including; new hire processing of documentation, Compensation and Job description and others as needed
  • Develop strategies and programs to attract talent and increase presence and knowledge of KM2 Solutions as the preferred employer
  • Identify recruitment measures and build relationship with external recruitment vendors.
  • Explore the market/industry best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
  • Other duties as assigned
