Reporting to the Assistant/ Executive Housekeeper, the successful applicant will be responsible for
managing the performance of the room attendants and housemen, ensuring that guest rooms and
public areas are clean, safe, comfortable and well supplied.

Specific Requirements/Duties of the Position Include:
 Inspecting rooms, occupied and vacant, to ensure that they meet the standards set by
Sandals/Beaches Resorts.
 The ability to maintain confidentiality.
 Handling all guest concerns efficiently, tactfully and courteously.
 Monitoring linen to ensure that highest quality standards are maintained.
 Assisting Executive Housekeeper in inventory and management reports.
 The ability to analyze and resolve problems, exercising good judgment.
Qualifications and Experience:
 Minimum of three (3) years’ supervisory experience in a first-class resort.
 Excellent organizational and team management skills.
 Excellent customer service skills.
 Excellent written and oral communication skills.
