Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven field sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Field sales representative should develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. As a field sales representative, or sales agent, they will also research sales competition.
Responsibilities
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-¬benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, presentations etc)
  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
  • Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
  • Confirm customer sales
  • Fill out and email your sales requests form for processing
  • Deliver customer purchase (where necessary)
  • Receive payments from customers (on behalf of company)
  • Follow sales protocol established by company
  • Carrying out inventory
  • Work along with the manger and carryout request issued
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling , marketing , communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Customer Service experience
  • Fluency in English and ability to make presentations
  • Experience in marketing
  • Ability to use social media platforms
  • Proven sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques
  • Computer literate
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven
