Customer Service Agents Needed – VELOX PERFORMANCE

*MUST BE ABLE TO WORK BOTH DAY AND NIGHT SHIFT TILL 9/10 PM*

We are seeking detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Customer Service agents to join our growing team.

**Customer Service Agent Requirements and Qualifications**

Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential customer
Customer Service Oriented
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Comfortable answering calls and talking to new people all day
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Previous experience in a Customer Service field is preferred but NOT required
Strong computer skills
Excellent verbal communication skills; able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while communicating with potential customers
Ability to work accurately under stress and pressure
