Bel Poule Inc. is currently looking for an experienced Saw Operator and Field Officer to assist in the production process.
SAW OPERATOR
The Saw Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of sawing machines in a production environment. While you operate the machine, it is important to look for any defects or issues.
Saw Operator Responsibilities:
Set up the saw machine, making adjustments for each job
Set stops or guides to specified jobs
Operate the saw machine, keeping an eye out for any defects or issues
Help pack and transport finished pieces
Accurately complete paperwork

Qualifications/ Requirements:
CXC/CSEC education including Mathematics and English Language passes
Experience operating a saw (1-3 years preferred)
Forklift experience a plus
Ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs.
Attention to detail
Clean police record
FIELD OFFICER
The Field Officer will be required to construct evaluative frameworks, liaise with stakeholders on the ground, and then devise data-driven undertakings that fully align with our company’s aims and objectives.
Field Officer Responsibilities:
Formulating evaluative resources to guide your fieldwork.
Conducts routine inspections on poultry farms sites to ascertain the appropriateness of contemporary conditions
Conferring with farmers and plant manager to evaluate uptake, pitfalls and areas necessitating improvements.
Collecting samples, where possible for subsequent inspection.
Monitoring feed formulations and making adjustments where necessary.
Guide the poultry farmers and contribute in collecting poultry related data, analyzing it, preparing reports and proposing recommendations.
Provide timely advice for solving local technical poultry issues where possible and report the ongoing problems including outbreaks of diseases and poultry mortality to the management for quick decision making.
Conduct regular inventory checks on poultry farm sites.

Qualifications/ Requirements:
CXC/CSEC education including Mathematics and English Language passes.
At Least 1 – 2 years working on a poultry farm or related experience would be an asset
Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial.
Clean police record
Able to work as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Valid Driver’s license would be an asset
