Degree and or diploma Culinary Arts
5 years’ experience in 4-5 Star hotel As Asian Chef
HACCP Certification
Serve Safe Certification
Asian Cuisine and regional Knowledge of East Asian Cuisine, Southeast Asian Cuisine, South Asian Cuisine
· Shushi Knowledge preparation
· Maki & Sashimi
· Mandarin and Szechuan cooking
· Japanese Cuisine
· Thai Cuisine
· Vietnamese Cuisine
· Indian Cuisine
· Korean Cuisine
· Mongolian, and Taiwanese Cuisine
· Knowledge in use of Tandoori oven
Must have a second language in Indian or Asian dialect
· Cost Control and inventory knowledge
· Labor and Payroll knowledge
· Scheduling and use of Staffing Guides
