5 years’ experience in 4-5 Star hotel As Asian Chef
HACCP Certification
Serve Safe Certification
Asian Cuisine and regional Knowledge of East Asian Cuisine, Southeast Asian Cuisine, South Asian Cuisine
Β· Shushi Knowledge preparation
Β· Maki & Sashimi
Β· Mandarin and Szechuan cooking
Β· Japanese Cuisine
Β· Thai Cuisine
Β· Vietnamese Cuisine
Β· Indian Cuisine
Β· Korean Cuisine
Β· Mongolian, and Taiwanese Cuisine
Β· Knowledge in use of Tandoori oven
Must have a second language in Indian or Asian dialect
Β· Cost Control and inventory knowledge
Β· Labor and Payroll knowledge
Β· Scheduling and use of Staffing Guides
