Unicomer (Saint Lucia) Limited – Business Sales Officer
Unicomer (Saint Lucia) Limited is recruiting a Business Sales Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting cash and credit sales through sales activities (phone/direct contact) to achieve sales targets.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Conduct the necessary calls and prospecting to ensure that the monthly financial target is achieved
- Generate leads for new business via cold calling, visits, social media etc. Also to provide support to the Business Development Manager in the processing and follow-up on B2B Sales
- Make appointments for contact meetings/visit customer and track sales by account/company
- Use product knowledge to present packages on offers and promotions
- Present add-ons, benefits and options based on term types and credit packages
- Process sales request by creating customer accounts and follow up on appointments, signed contracts, orders, deliver, credit applications and processings
- Builds rapport and relationsips to maintain clientele
- Assist with creating and maintenance of a database of potential customers/companies to approach
- Ensure that contracts are efficiently filed both physically and via shared drive so that access is easily available
- Handle and facilitate assigned customer/company queries and complaints within a 24-hour timeline and logging through the Sysaid ticketing system
- Ensure 5225 is administered in accordance with the Top Check System
Qualification/Education
- Associate Degree in Management/Business Studies or related field

- Possess a valid Driver’s License with access to a vehicle
