Leverage Management Consulting is currently accepting applications for the position of Regional Executive Assistant on behalf of our client operating regionally.



Purpose of the Position:
The Regional Executive Assistant is responsible for managing and supporting the day-to-day affairs of the Regional General Manager. The Regional Executive Assistant works in conjunction with all the divisions of the organization. As a high level administrator to the RGM, some of the responsibilities will include: managing the yearly calendar of the company; transcribing all meeting minute details; performing expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making and ability and attention to detail is equally important. In addition, job functions involves the handling of very confidential files and documents; receiving visitors in the office, scheduling meetings and conferences and receiving important calls on behalf of the RGM.



The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate schedule for Regional General Manager.
Prepare financial documents, database, spreadsheets and memos.
Analyze the memos, letter and data before submission and then distribute them accordingly.
Receive visitors who have an appointment with Regional General Manager.
Prepare, sort and dispatch correspondence via email and fax.
Retrieve documents, corporate records and information and prepare responses of routine inquiries.
Schedule travel plans of senior level officers.
Acting as representative in meetings, conference and seminars.
Assist RGM with preparation of presentations and special projects.
Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary.



Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
Arrange seminars, conferences and client meetings.
Deal with clients and carry on successful business.
Travel to other islands as needed to support Regional General Manager.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Regional General Manager
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
5+ years of experience supporting at the Executive Level.
Excellent management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings.



Experience assisting management with the creation of presentations and corporate documents.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience scheduling travel arrangements and meetings for management
Considerable experience in a professional services, sales or marketing environment
