Sales / Admin Assistant Job Description
Performs administrative, office and sales support activities for Management and Program & Events Coordinator. Specific Duties are as follows;
Administration
- Receptionist
- Make travel, meeting and event arrangements
- Prepare reports
- Word processing
- Create Spreadsheets, presentations
- Filing
- Data entry
- Ensure all bills are paid monthly
- Manage the Caribbean Institute of Directors members and send out newsletters monthly
Marketing:
- Assist in Advertising all events
- Research all regional and local companies for relevant names, email addresses and contact numbers for upcoming events / programs
- Send marketing materials by email or other means to prospective participants
- Post content on social media
Sales:
- Assist in the Sales & Marketing of all scheduled events and programs to prospective participants
- Follow up calls for all Events/Marketing
Event Coordination:
- Assist in the Coordination of Events/Programs according to the Conference Program Production Procedures
- Talent/ Faculty Liaison: act as liaison officer for all talent for any event produced and/or hosted by the company
- Liaise with service providers
