Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer will act as an ambassador for SunSwept Resorts, the company brands and for St. Lucia as a destination and will embrace the company’s core values:

The Graphic Designer will also exemplify the role of a SunSwept Resorts employee.
The Graphic Designer reports directly to the Sales & Marketing Director as well as working with the overall sales and marketing team members. Overall, the Graphic Designer is responsible for the production of all creative work for the company and resorts as well as maintaining brand integrity, quality control and consistency in all that is produced.
The Graphic Designer must work effectively as the brand guardian and be the champion of company values.
The Graphic Designer must possess and display:
  • Degree qualification in design or relevant field
  • Demonstrable creativity in both online and offline projects
  • Aptitude for attention to details and quality control
  • Creative ability to think of innovative solutions to tasks
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in software: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Microsoft Office applications



The Graphic Designer’s core responsibility is to ensure the creative delivery of all visual elements of marketing and other campaigns as required, both online and offline.
The Graphic Designer’s specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Design and production of all printed collateral, including brochures, menus, flyers, stationary, etc.
  • Creation of visual templates to support operational needs
  • Management of all advertising / advertorial design production
  • Responsible for maintaining company and resort image library
  • Production of promotional digital assets
  • Management of photography, both execution and quality
  • Regularly communicate creative brief updates
  • Maintenance of internal tracking of job requests
In addition, The Graphic Designer will complete any special tasks or assignments that he or she may be given from time to time by the Sales & Marketing Director.
