Key Duties

• Sell products, goods and services. Achieve targets, goals and objectives
• Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
• Work to find new sales leads and opportunities.
• Ensure all documents/processes pertaining to credit and cash sales are completed accurately and thoroughly.
• Follow up with customers to ensure a seamless process.
• Build and maintain professional relationship with customers. Maintain product knowledge.
• Prepare reports as required.
• Assist in the dispensing and adjustment of ophthalmic eyewear and screening of patients.

Qualification/Education:

• Diploma in Business Administration or any other related field A minimum of 1year experience in sales
• Experience Ina retail optical environment an asset Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Must be flexible in terms of working hours Extroverted and Persistent
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills

Skills/ Experience:

• Competent in optical adjustments, repairs, prescription interpretation and quality assurance
• Strong customer service skills Highly motivated by targets Computer Literate
• Basic Numeracy
• Ability to communicate in both oral and written forms Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform in a high demand environment Positive attitude towards work
• Ability to use own Initiative and work independently Team player
• Ability to operate effectively with minimum supervision
