Cage/Credit Manager

Position Summary
The Cage/Credit Manager must have full knowledge of every position within the Cage operation. Responsible for settling disputes and making sure all policies and procedures are followed. An in-depth knowledge of the St. Lucia Gaming Control Act & Regulation, St. Lucia Money Laundering (Prevention) Act, and Departmental Internal Controls is essential. The Cage Manager will interact with every department within the casino. He/she must be able to communicate effectively through oral and written presentation, so a spirit of cooperation is needed. The Cage Manager will report directly to the General Manager with any problems that may occur. Works very closely with revenue accounting and the Chief Financial Officer on any issues of concern.
EDUCATION OR SKILLS REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field. Five (5) years casino finance experience and minimum of five (5) years management experience. Proven organizational and communication skills.

Cage Supervisor

Position Summary
Responsible for the activities of the Cashiers and Main Bankers on given shift. Ensures that all policies and procedures are followed by Cage personnel in accordance with company internal controls and gaming regulations. Knowledge of every position in the Cage. Reports to the Cage/Credit Manager.
EDUCATION OR SKILLS REQUIRED
Minimum of two years of college with emphasis in finance or business. Two years casino finance experience and minimum of one year supervisory experience. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving ability and aptitude for leadership.

Table Games Manager

Position Summary
Responsible for all activities in the Table Games department. Encourages and motivates staff to a high level of team spirit, professionalism and guest relations. Constantly strives to improve department by exhibiting strong leadership ability. Counsels staff on disciplinary issues. Maintains knowledge of industry standards and innovations. Reports to the property General Manager. Works very closely the Vice President of Gaming Operations on any issues of concern.
EDUCATION OR SKILLS REQUIRED
High School diploma or G.E.D. Some College preferred. Minimum of ten years of experience in progressive levels of casino operations to include at least five (5) years experience as Pit Supervisor or other supervisory or management position. Strong leadership capabilities. Excellent customer service skills.

PIT Manager

Position Summary
Responsible for the activities of the PIT supervisors and dealers in the assigned area. Manage & direct the daily operations on the gaming floor. Survey the casino floor & looks for players that are cheating and remove suspect cards counters. Observe gaming personnel for evidence of theft or ties to dishonest players. Reports to the Table Games Manager.
EDUCATION OR SKILLS REQUIRED
High School diploma. Minimum of ten years of experience in progressive levels of casino operations to include at least 2 years experience as Pit Supervisor or other supervisory or management position. Minimum of five years experience on games in assigned area. Strong leadership capabilities. Excellent customer service skills.

Accounting Manager

Position Summary
Responsible for leading the accounting team in providing accurate, complete, and timely financial information to management. This position will manage and direct General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Count Team and Revenue Audit functions. Oversees the auditors and reviews all audit work for compliance with Gaming Control Act & Regulations, company Internal Controls, policies and procedures.
EDUCATION OR SKILLS REQUIRED
Bachelor of Science Accounting plus five (5) years previous accounting/audit experience in the gaming industry preferred. Proven organizational and communication skills.
