Passionate about water sports and willing to go the extra mile to inspire our guests to enjoy water sports?

We’re looking for a dynamic person to join our Water Sports Team. You will be responsible for delivering high energy water sports lessons such as sailing lessons, water ski lessons, windsurf lessons, kayak lessons, paddle board lessons, etc.

You will also be a great ambassador for the resort, ensuring our guests have a fantastic time during their stay as they participate in water sports in a safe environment.

To succeed you’ll need to have a genuine passion for water sports and the ocean, must be a competent swimmer, sound educational background, effective communication skills, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong work ethic. Previous experience in water sports are a bonus but not essential as the successful candidate will go through our comprehensive training programme.

This is a full time position working a variety of hours over the week. Flexibility is required to suit the needs of the business and shifts will be both early and late over both weekdays and weekends.
