The Landings Resort and Spa is a 5-star, 4-diamond, luxurious all-suite beachfront resort. The resort carries
150 well-appointed one, two, and three-bedroom villa suites with stunning waterfront views, multiple terraces, fully equipped gourmet kitchens, elegantly furnished dining/living areas, Italian-tile floors - some with private plunge pools. The resort also boasts 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a coffee shop and in-room dining options for guests.

VACANCY EXISTS:
Property Resales Manager
The Landings Resort and Spa, a prestigious luxury resort located in the northern part of Saint Lucia, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Resales Manager. Although the Landings Resort and Spa operates as a resort, it is uniquely of a condominium structure, which allows for a hybrid accommodation style. As the Property Resales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the resale of residential properties within the resort, ensuring efficient sales operations and exceptional customer service. This is a key role that requires strong sales and negotiation abilities, as well as a deep understanding of the real estate market in Saint Lucia and property management.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote the resales of residential properties at The
Landings Resort and Spa.
• Contact homeowners and advertise services to solicit property sales listing.
• Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals, ensuring
maximum sales conversation rates.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities and pricing
strategies and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, promotional materials and
online listings to attract potential buyers.
• Ensure that prospective buyers are familiar with the compliance requirements of a unit owner within the
resort, given the resort’s condominium structure.
• Provide an overview to prospective buyers of the Rental Pool within the resort and the benefits thereof.
• Develop expert knowledge of real estate best practices, market standards, mortgage financing and other
considerations for buying and selling.
• Have local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about similar
properties and the surrounding neighbourhood.
Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing property buyers, ensuring a
personalized and exceptional customer experience.
• Provide detailed information about the residential properties, including pricing, features and amenities,
and address any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Conduct property tours and showcase the unique selling points of each property, highlighting the
benefits and investment potential to potential buyers.
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers and present offers on behalf of buyers and sellers.
Contract Negotiation and Closing:
• Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuing compliance with legal requirements, sales agreements
and property transfer procedures.
• Coordinate with legal and financial teams to facilitate smooth and timely closing of property sales,
ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed accurately.

Relationship Building:
• Cultivate relationships with real estate agents, brokers and property management companies to expand
the network of potential buyers and promote The Landings Resort and Spa as a preferred residential
destination.
• Cultivate and maintain good working relationships with the housekeeping and engineering teams to
ensure that all units/suites are in good order for showings, or to advise sellers of work needed to get the
best selling price.
• Attend industry events, trade shows and networking activities to generate leads and promote the resort’s
properties.
• Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with various stakeholders in Saint Lucia, such as
bankers and attorneys.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Maintain current and accurate records of property listings, sales activities and customer interactions
using the designated CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports, including sales performance, market trends and competitor analysis, and
present findings to the senior management team.

Key Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field. A real estate license is preferred.
• Proven experience in property sales, preferably in luxury residential real estate or resort properties.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue
growth.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, property laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term
relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities
and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and results-orientated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
