Prokleen Limited - Receptionist (Part Time)

The ideal candidate for this position must have MS Office skills including excel and word. Also required are excellent oral and written communication skills and a proven history of providing exceptional customer service at all levels.
Our work environment is learn oriented and fast paced therefore a strong candidate must have excellent organisational skills, time management skills in addition to a professional attitude and attire that exemplifies our culture. The person must follow the Data protection act and treat all information with utmost confidentiality.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple line phones
  • Record visitor and phone messages (staff and external)
  • Ability to Multi Task
  • Maintain a presentable reception area
  • Administration duties
  • Flexible approach to work
  • Manage social media accounts

Qualifications and Experience:

Preferably previous experience is required but not essential together with being a self-driven professional person with the ability to pick up procedures and policies with ease.
