• To assist in the supervision of the sales and operations of the Down Trade Sales Team to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency
• To assist in ensuring that all team members provide sales and after sales support that, suppliers, internal and external customers are satisfied with the level of service provided
• To provide a functional liaison between the departments and cross the Sales & Marketing Department

THE CANDIDATE

• Tertiary level education in a relevant subject area; OR 5 CXC’s plus evidence of continuing academic development in a relevant area
• At least two years’ experience with sales and marketing or retail and in a leadership capacity
• Must be computer lierate with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must have proven leadership skills including conflict resolution, team building and communication skills (oral and written)
• Must have a pleasant, outgoing, energetic personality
• Must be results driven with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Must possess strong planning, organizing and time management skills
• Must have a proven ability to work well with teams and to build motivation and moral
• Should be confident, assertive and tactful and persuasive
