THE OPENING OF THE BRIDGE WILL ALLOW THE CONTRACTOR TO COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION WORKS AROUND THE PROJECT SITE.
The Department of Infrastructure, Ports and Energy wishes to inform the public that the Thomazo Bridge is now open to vehicular traffic. Motorists are informed that the by-pass road has been permanently closed. The opening of the bridge will allow the contractor to complete construction works around the project site. All road users are asked to exercise caution and be guided by the road signs when traversing the area. The Department of Infrastructure, Ports and Energy wishes to apologize for any inconvenience caused. The completion of the Thomazo bridge is now scheduled for June 2018. |
