Job Title: Sales/Marketing Representative
Reports to: Managing Director
Supervises: Not applicable
• Private domestic clients
• Public and private sector organisations
Perform all business development activities necessary to increase the company’s footprint within the Caribbean region. The primary purpose of this role will be to increase the volume of opportunities that result in a closed or won outcome.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all prospects.
Play key role in increasing overall footprint in the Caribbean region.
Bring in new business directly by way of introducing services offered to potential clients and develop and maintain a robust qualified lead sales pipeline.
Maintain a list of upcoming RFPPs (Request for Proposal) the company should be participating in.
Establish and implement advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on various media (Social, print, T.V. etc)
Conduct cold and warm calling and prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers.
Attend and participate in marketing operations or events to increase brand awareness.
Serve as an Account Manager for converted opportunities to ensure service excellence delivered.
Play an integral role in fulfilling the Company’s strategic growth measures.
Continuously study and assess market pattern, competitor offerings and demographics to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
Manage and communicate through the company’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
Provide customers with details of the services such as price, delivery times etc.
Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
Ensure sales revenue and all other related payments are received.
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports such as daily call reports, weekly
work plan and monthly territory analysis.

Qualifications and Experience
BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Adept in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram etc.
5 years sales experience
Proven track record in sales environment
Application of job knowledge reflected by quality and timeliness of work.
Conformity with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Customer satisfaction ratings in relation to job fulfillment time and conformity with specifications outlined in proposals.
Display of integrity and professionalism in the execution of job responsibilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of propriety information.
Timeliness in being present for work assignments.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Time management skills.
