National Research & Development Foundation - Accounts Clerk 1
The NRDF is seeking to recruit an Accounts Clerk 1 to provide support services to the Accounts Department in its role as a provider of timely and accurate financial information and as a safe guarder of the Foundation’s Assets.
The ideal candidate should be able to but not limited:
- To maingain ACCPAC AP Module
- To process all disbursements
- To maintain bank balances
- To maintain ACCPAC Accounts Payable Module
- To enter Loan Disbursements and Adjustments in DPAC
- Module and processing of same
- To reconcile Bank Accounts
Qualifications and Experience:
- CXC Ordinary level (General Proficiency) in Principles of Accounts, Mathematics, English Language and Principles of Business, all at grades 1, 2 or 3 or NRDF Intermediate Accounting or Equivalent
- Basic proficiency in “MICROSOFT EXCEL”, “WORD” and “QUICKBOOKS
- Previous experience would be an asset
