AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY: Build and maintain strong professional business relationships to drive achievement of the volume ambition. Achieving sales targets through upselling and influencing customer orders within the assigned channels.
Act as a front-line ambassador of Heineken Saint Lucia developing robust customer relationships that enable the receipt, processing and delivery of customer orders.
Accurately receive and process customer orders to include logging of empty bottles, crates, draught kegs and CO2 canisters available for collection.
Complete, to the required service standard, the daily call schedule.
Achieve sales targets with penetration and sales of all mandatory SKU’s within the respective channel.
Identify and communicate changes to customer buying patterns to relevant parties.
Alert the team to any challenges with stock availability impacting customer orders.
Drive the sales of new products and promotions in keeping with business priorities.
Support collection of receivables, communicating balances and payments.
Report on daily sales.
An Associates Degree in Business or relevant A ‘Level’s.
A minimum of four (4) years or more sales or customer service experience in a commercial environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Proactive in identifying and solving problems/issues.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Ability to cope with competing demands and prioritize tasks.
Ability to analyze to generate customer insights.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Ability to understand brand and channel strategies and translate into sales strategies.
Able to influence from a position of knowledge, business strategy and sales drivers.
Proactive and not afraid to challenge.
