Summary


• Responsibilities entail, providing support function by installing, supporting, monitoring, testing and troubleshooting the hardware and software pertaining to one or more of the company’s voice, data and desktop technology platforms.

• The individual must demonstrate a proficient understanding of at least one technology platform (voice, data, desktop) and can easily perform Level I problem determination on the platform.

• The position relies on a strong technical aptitude and sound judgment to accomplish goals. The function is expected to perform a variety of tasks concurrently.
