Caribbean Grains Limited - Pellet Milling Specialist Technician
Summary:
Caribbean Grains Limited is a local manufacturer of both white and whole wheat flour and animal feed. We are currently seeking a Pellet Milling Specialist Technician who will be responsible for bringing the mill to maximum capacity and making sure that it is sustainable.
Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Ability to overhaul pellet mill gear boxes, repair shaker, cooler and crumbles rolls
- In depth knowledge of sewing machines and bagging system repairs
- Ability to reorder parts and keep proper Binventory
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in pellet mill mechanics
- Excellent people-management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to approach and interact with persons at all levels
