BRAND AMBASSADOR
CAGE (St Lucia) Ltd. is seeking a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position of Brand Ambassador, according to the following criteria:
Job Summary:
Supports and compliments the Marketing Development Team through engagement and contacts. Responsible for increasing the Players' Club Membership, promoting Players' Club advantages, and entering customer contact data to support business objectives in accordance with annual goals set by management. Participate in promotions and events to create hype. Provide exceptional service to players and agents and build strong positive relationships to ensure repeat business and increase new business. Supports and compliments the Player Development Initiatives. The position will involve direct contact with the public while delivering superior service in accordance with the department and company standards, policies, and procedures.




Qualifications & Experience:
Associate Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or other relevant fields.
Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience dealing with the public in a customer service role.
Certificate in Computer Applications, including Microsoft Office Suite would be an asset.
Special Job Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
Enthusiastic, and outgoing with a considerable social media presence and a medium to large-sized network.
Intermediate computer skills: MS Office, Excel, word processing, and graphics.
Excellent customer service; upbeat, friendly, and helpful attitude and a passion for building and growing relationships.
Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to accomplish multiple tasks with limited supervision are required.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in an environment that involves producing results in conjunction with fellow team members.
Innovative insight and creativity.




Must possess a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute new agent launches with the marketing department.
Creating hype around new marketing events and promotions.
Driving players to agent locations.
Engaging new players and growing the number of new players.
Representing the brand positively in a multitude of settings.
Assisting in content creation (e.g., writing blogs, newsletters, product reviews, etc.)
Generating brand awareness through word-of-mouth marketing.
Being an opinion leader in his community.
Providing feedback and insight on new products/services.
Promoting the brand via personal social media accounts.
