WARNING WARNING DEC 13/18 .. 1:30 am we were heading back to our friends place ,by the fire station from the drumming on Dauphin St A man passed us on the rail by the school and old police station . I had seen him thoughout the evening. I only took notice of him because he was wearing a hoodie with the hood on his head. I even commented to my husband “ wow such a warm evening and that guy is wearing a hoodie” a bit later after he passed us , when no one was within sight , he tuurned around and confronted us demanding all our money. We told him we had none, which we didn’t, when he came close to my husband my husband hit the ground looking for a rock . When he made it look like he had a rock and threatened our assailant this cowardly guy went a running … Please warn people in this Gros Islet area to be mindful of a 11’ tall very slim black man . He was wearing a light grey or very light blue hoodie.. Wears halfway on his head. It is not a bulky hoodie. I believe he lives in the area.
I am surprised he picked us as my husband is a St Lucian. i am white so maybe not so surprising).. maybe he knew somehow that we were only visiting.. Regardless I hope we see him again so at least i can get a picture .. i’ll bet he will be at the Street dance Friday night… oh i hope so if we attend. PLEASE GET THIS OUT THERE SO PEOPLE ARE AWARE .
