1st National Bank St. Lucia Limited, the nation’s preferred Bank, is in the process of strengthening its Sales Team. For this purpose, 1st National Bank is seeking a dynamic candidate to fill the position of Retail Manager
Summary
Pursue the fulfillment of the Branch’s Business goals by planning and controlling the business actions, both Sales and Operational as well as developing the relationship, proactively selling and serving customers with the highest level of customer experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Analyze sales opportunities, on referrals and outside marketing campaigns, within assigned portoolio.
- Regularly perform proactive interactions (calls or e-mails) with assigned customers to strengthen relationships, update/enrich customers’ data and obtain feedback
- Participate in the corporate strategic planning process
- Define individual performance goals with the branch’s staff
- Communicate action plans to implement bank’s strategic initiatives, policies and procedures
- Regularly evaluate performance, coach and counsel employees so as to improve performance
- Participate as a member of Campaign Committee to support direct marketing campaigns when required
- Manage branch operations effectively
- Monitor performance of liability and asset portfolio against budget and goals
Requirements
- B.Sc in Business Management, Marketing or any related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in managing a dynamic fast moving retail company
- Experience in people management
- Business Development Certification
