The Windward And Leeward Brewery Limited (WLBL) and DuBoulay’s Bottling Company Limited (DBC) invites talented and enthusiastic professionals to apply for the following position:
Production Operator
The incumbent is responsible for the execution and monitoring of the production processes and operations while at all times demonstrating the safest working behaviours.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Production of all company products
- Operating equipment for the production and packaging of beverages
- Recording and regulating of process controls
- Cleaning and disinfecting of production equipment
- Participating in planned maintenance activities
- Executing quality control checks/analyses on row materials and processes
- Demonstrating excellent safety behaviours throughout the execution of all tasks
- Assisting the Company in maintaining excellent quality levels and efficient operational performance
- Participating and adhering to all safety, health and environmental policies of the Company
Qualifications & Experience
- Associate Degree or Diploma
- Computer Literate - Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in English Language (written and verbal)
- Experience in mechanical maintenance
- A valid driver’s license would be an asset
