Real Foods Inc., the franchise holder for the KFC brand in St. Lucia, is looking to recruit Delivery Riders for its growing operations.
The Delivery Riders are responsible for picking up customers’ orders from our Stores and delivering them to locations according to Dispatchers instructions. The Delivery Drivers will be responsible for ensuring meals are delivered according to the KFC standards of quality while abiding by all applicable road codes and health and safety rules.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Delivering hot food to customers within the time specified and in accordance with all quality, health, and safety guidelines
Keeps food and delivery paraffin and uniforms clean
Always keeps bikes in excellent working condition and clean
Handling customer service issues at the point of delivery
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Must be endorsed for at least one (1) year to ride motorcycles 50cc and above.
Secondary school leaving certificate or equivalent
Strong customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
WORKING CONDITIONS
Extensive travelling is required for this position
