Tropical Paradise View invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the position of an Office Administrator.
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing operations in the office. They are responsible for welcoming visitors, coordinating meetings, appointments and providing support to team with logistics and operational duties. Ensuring that information received from all sources is circulated to the relevant staff and that specific critical processes are monitored to ensure timely response and actioned by those responsible. Providing strong administrative support in general.

Other Related Job Criteria but not limited to:
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Manage agendas/appointments for the upper management
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Support bookkeeping procedures (Knowledge of QuickBooks would be an asset)
Track stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities and more specifically, being able to communicate by emails in a professional and courteous manner
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Excellent knowledge/proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)

Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
At least two-three (2-3) years’ experience in the administrative field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
Must have at least A ‘Level education including English and Math’s and office administration or relevant field is preferred
Knowledgeable about St. Lucia
Detail oriented, proactive, organized, and able to multi-task
An excellent team player
Able to deliver a high level of customer service
Willing to work flexible hours
