Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review all operational procedures and ensure the best practices of the industry: quality service and organization standards
• Review our product offering and ensure that it is competitve
• Review our preventative and corrective maintenance status
• Review and ensure that the operating process and staff efficiency is optimal
• Review Financial stability of the company according to guidelines
• Responsible for the implementation of the conservation/educational programs and management of all community, banking and government relationships
• Maintain the company in good standing with all counterparts: by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, management team and employees; and ensuring ethical business practices
• Work and collaborate with the management team
• Other duties related to the position
