Petrus Private Bank - Service Delivery Associate
Responsibilities Include:
- Provides support to Head of Back Office
- Transaction processing with focus on wire transfers, payments, transfers, trade orders
- Accounts activities: KYC updates, account closures, account maintenance
- Open new accounts: data entry, online banking processing, imaging
- Online Banking support: inquiries, customer support
- Audit/compliance: documentation imaging and retention
- Perform various administrative functions for Head of Back Office including preparation of client related correspondence, filing
- Establish and maintain files to meet record keeping requirements
- handle and respond to internal inquiries and or requests for reports
- Provide pro-active ad hoc support as support needs arise
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
- Associates degree
- Three or more years experience in related field
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Financial services experience, preferably in a banking environment
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work effectively without supervision
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadline, work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Ability to provide administrative support
- Ability to resolve problems with minimal guidance
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
