HR Administrator r - ( Temporary position)
Job brief
We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department, who will act
as the key point of contact for HR-related queries from employees, managers and external partners,
contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function.
Main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents and
updating internal databases.

HR Administrator Responsibilities
1. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, such as personal details,
employment contracts, benefits, and performance reviews. Handle confidential
information with sensitivity and in compliance with data protection regulations.
2. Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating background
checks, and preparing job offer letters. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires,
including administering orientation programs and completing necessary paperwork.
3. Guide employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters. Ensure
compliance with legal requirements and internal policies, including maintaining employee
handbooks and updating policies as needed.
4. Utilize HR software and databases to input, update, and retrieve employee data. Generate
reports and analyze data to support decision-making and identify trends or areas that
require attention.
5. Assist in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. Assist employees with benefits
enrollment, changes, and queries.
6. Assist in the organization and coordination of training programs, workshops, and employee
development initiatives. Maintain training records and track employee participation.
7. Assist in managing employee relations matters, including conducting investigations,
documenting incidents, and providing advice on dispute resolution processes.
8. Draft and review HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, promotion letters,
and disciplinary records. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company
policies.
9. Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance. Assist in
drafting and updating HR policies and procedures accordingly.
10. Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and answering phone
calls. Assist in organizing HR events and meetings.

HR Administrator Required Skills
1. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

4. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
5. Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related
software.
6. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Required Qualifications
1. Previous experience in a similar role as an HR Administrator or HR Assistant.
2. Knowledge of HR best practices and current trends.
3. Familiarity with various HR processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and
employee relations, labor laws
4. Understanding of HR-related legislation and compliance requirements.
5. Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
