clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer

• Helicopter Flight Dispatcher: Plane and deplane passengers, escort passengers
between terminal and helicopters, communicate closely with pilots and ground
crew and coordinate flight scheduling, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient
operations.
• Additional responsibilities may include other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills
are essential for interacting with clients, pilots and internal teams.
• Availability for Long Hours: Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and
holidays, to ensure smooth operations.
• Aviation Knowledge (preferred but not required): Familiarity with aviation
regulations or dispatching is a plus, though training will be available to the right
candidate.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
