We are looking for an Email Manager
Your main duties would include but not limited to:
- Overseeing email accounts
- Email Reports
- Setting up new accounts
- Creating email templates
- Testing Emails Daily
- Coaching Email agents
- Staffing
Qualification Requirements
- Can manage a team
- Can do basic reporting
- Can speak to clients professionally
- Knows how to set up email accounts
- Basic knowledge of control panels and web hosting forms
- Basic knowledge of Excel
