Caribbean Restaurant and Bar in the North is seeking to fill the following positions;
COOK
- Must have previous experience in restaurants or hotel kitchens
- Is able to work independently
- Knowledge of Health & Safety guidelines
- Sound knowledge of preparation and cooking techniques
- Well versed in the development of flavours and plating
- Clean police record
WAITRESS/ BARTENDER
- Must have previous experience in restaurants or hotels
- 25 years and older
- Is able to work independently and multitask
- Knowledge of Health & Safety guidelines
- Knowledge of cocktails and spirits
- Clean police record
- Able to work varied shifts
- Able to converse clearly with patrons
SHIFT LEADER
- Must have previous experience in the hospitality industry as a supervisor
- Is able to work independently
- Knowledge of Health & Safety guidelines
- Focused and motivated
- Able to implement and maintain standards
- Knowledge of basic accounting
- Able to multitask and support the team members
- Clean police record
