• Coordinate training on various aspects of the Terra Caribbean systems and processes
• Assist with the development of training and brand manuals
• Liaise with the regional teams to assist with marketing and advertising standards
• Implement communication practices among the various offices
• Compile reports on the progress of the various offices, including revenue, marketing and other operational initiatives

Here’s what we need from you:

• A degree in Business/Marketing or any other relevant field
• At least 3 years experience in a Business/Marketing environment
• Impeccable communication skills, both written & verbal
• Be tech-savvy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Self-motivation, an eye for detail and a passion for excellence
• Incredible organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• A love of travel
