Service Station Ltd - Accounts Clerk

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for the position of Accounts Clerk.
Main Functions and not limited to:
  • Reports to the Financial Controller
  • Summerising,verifiying and recording Sales and Deposits to the GL
  • Recording of Vendor Invoices and Payments to the GL and reconcile against monthly statements.
  • Recording and reconciliation of A/R Customer Invoices Payments to the GL
  • Preparation and recording Payroll entries
  • Assist in generating daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Perform any other accounting duties as assigned.


  • Must possess at least 5 CXCs including Math, English and Accounts or an Associate degree in Accounting/Level 2 ACCA
  • Must be proficient in Excel and other Microsoft office applications.
  • Experience in Accpac or Quickbooks would be a plus
  • Must be customer service oriented
  • Good written and oral communication skill
