Sea Island Cotton Shop - Customer Service Representative
Do you thrive in a fast paced environment? We are looking for an energetic, dependable individual to join our Sales team who can provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.
Position: Customer Service Representative Reports to: Store Lead/Shift Supervisor
Job Summary:
- To deliver a high level of customer service experience to all customers in accordance with company standards
- To assist in achieving, with excellence, the operational objective and sales goals of the assigned store; under the guidance of the Store Lead/Shift Supervisors
Requirements:
- Basic understanding and awareness of sales and customer service practices
- Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Team player and the ability to perform independent of direct supervision
- Endurance of physical demands of the job
- Ability to work 8 hours shifts that falls between 7am to 9pm
- Computer literate; cashiering experience
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must have successfully completed Secondary School, achieving a minimum of 5 CSEC subjects including Mathematics and English
- Previous retail, sales and/or hospitality experience a major plus
- A foreign language will be an asset
Compensation:
The remuneration and benefit package will be based on qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
