I really do have a concern about the requirements of your firm to accquire employment…. Especially as Porter…..(lifting Boxes)
There are so many teenagers and young people out there in St.lucia which never got the opportunity to finish their education because of so many unknown reasons,
But your requirement of them having CXC subjects.. should be revised……There are promising young men and women out there that really needs a daily bread….and don’t have what you guys are requesting…..Does that mean they are not able or will not be able to earn a living because they don’t have CXC…..May I suggest that you revisit your requirement of them and when hiring look for Personality and Good Character from your applicants…. Especially for a business that’s part of the Service Industry…..
