Receptionist / Clerical Assistant
The preferred candidate should possess the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
- High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 CXC passes or equivalent, including Math and English
- Proven track record with minimum of 3 years QuickBooks and basic Accounting experience
- Receptionist/Admin experience required or in similar field
- Excellent customer service
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Data entry and Word Processing/Admin skills
The successful candidate will be required to perform the following duties:
- Answering the telephone, recording and redirecting calls as appropriate
- Welcoming/screening visitors to the office
- Filing, scanning, faxing of required documents to Clients/Customers
- Preparation of Customer Quotes, Statements and Invoices using QuickBooks
- Responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing mail
- Provides general clerical and administrative support in the word processing of Correspondence, Reports and related file management
- Performs any other functions as required, to ensure or facilitate the effective and efficient operations of the company.
