Patty Shack St. Lucia is seeking a skilled and motivated individual for a role on baking team.
Baker’s Job Responsibilities:
Sets up and stocks necessary supplies for his/her work station.
Assists in pre-traying patties in preparation for baking
Assists in loading and unloading ovens
Packs patties for delivery in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
Cleans and sanitizes surfaces at the end of the shift.
Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
Familiarity with the use of appropriate kitchen equipment
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for short periods of time
Willingness to go into a walk-in freezer to pull inventory as necessary
Basic written and verbal communication skills
Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
Ability to work as a team member
Follows instructions of supervisory staff
Education and Experience Requirements:
One to two years of experience working in a formal job setting. Hotel experience is strongly preferred.
Familiar with industry safety standards and best practices
A valid health card is required.
