Minimum Requirements
- A Degree/Diploma HR Management, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or other related field of study.
- 3 – years supervisory experience in the call center environment
- Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of programs including Excel, Word, Publisher, and Outlook internet/e-mail.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to interact with the public and employees in a highly professional manner.
- Must be comfortable with public speaking and presentations to any size group.
- Must have strong time management and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work independently with the ability to account for your efforts. Must be detail oriented.
- Must have the ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
- Must be willing to work hours outside of traditional business hours and be quite flexible with schedule as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining all recruitment contacts and records through the applicant tracking system.
- Handling all efforts associated with posting and advertising.
- Responsible for registering, promoting, and attending all recruitment events.
- Assists with the interview process, attend and conduct interviews
- Responsible for working with Managers to schedule and participate in interviews.
- Responsible for tracking, maintaining, and reporting all recruitment efforts and results to the Recruitment Manager
- Collaborate with HR Department personnel to ensure a smooth transition from pre-hire to onboarding.
- Attend weekly recruitment/staffing meetings.
- Participate in discussions with department heads to determine recruitment needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
