The incumbent will be part of the Logistics function and will be responsible for ensuring that administrative tasks for both the Raw Materials and Finished Goods warehouses are performed on time and in full. The Logistics Admin is responsible for the planning and monitoring of all deliverables to the warehouse.



KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safety- Ensure all safety regulations are adhered to and where risks are identified, implement countermeasures to reduce and mitigate these risks.
Transport Process Execution- Perform accurate execution and administration of all shipments ensuring that all payments and route settlement processes are properly executed.
Logistics Cost Management- Support the Logistics Manager by providing data and insights about shipment cost to build the logistics cost management model.
Export- Drive efficiencies within the export portfolio by working with the export officer to ensure that all demurrage days are fully accounted for and that demurrage costs are minimal.
Service Provider Management- Work with the Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to improve on strategic KPIs and to improve on service delivery level.
Goods Movement- Conduct goods receipts at the warehouses and ensure that all information is entered quickly and accurately into the ERP.
Inventory Management- Ensure the Company’s inventory policy is adhered to by coordinating periodic stock counts and conducting accurate stock reconciliations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Associate degree in Accounting, Inventory Management, Logistics or other related field
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Inventory Management/ Warehouse administration
High Computer literacy.



SKILLS
Good communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills, highly proficient in Excel
Knowledge of EXACT, SAP ECC or other ERP system
Supply Chain understanding, order handling and transportation management would be an asset.
